Beaumont: a handmade mohair teddy bear

Beaumont is a very handsome boy, make from a pale gold mohair on a dark brown background. His linen paw pads perfectly match the darker tones. He is stuffed entirely with wool, giving him a very soft and cuddly appeal. As with all my bears, he does also contain some steel pellets to add weight to his tummy and feet. This weight gives a comforting feel in the hand, and enables Beaumont to sit beautifully.

Beaumont has traditional english glass eyes, and his muzzle and claws are stitched from black perle cotton, which has been lightly waxed to give durability and a subtle sheen.

Beaumont is five-way jointed with traditional cotter pin joints.

This bear weighs 375g and is around 26cms tall.

Beaumont will arrive with a provenance tag to identify him as made by Jenny Gale of Winter's Den.
