Returns & Refunds policy

I try very hard to represent my products very clearly through means of images and text descriptions. However, if you receive your item and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. It must be received by me in the same unused condition in which you received it. The exception to this, is if it was damaged in transit to you. In this circumstance, upon receipt if the package is noticeably damaged please photograph it before opening. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to me.

I will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which I receive the returned goods. I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. I will reimburse the cost of the item, not including the postage cost, unless your reason for return is that the item is damaged or faulty.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were received within the last 15 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Custom made items

I reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
