Elmore: a handmade mohair teddy bear

Elmore is a small bear, made to my 'Figg' pattern. I dyed the mohair to achieve this beautiful russet shade. Hand-dyed mohair has a lot of nuance and is anything but flat.

This bear has a firm head, filled with traditional wood wool, and wood shavings. His tummy and limbs are softly stuffed with dense polyfibre and weighted with glass granules, giving a lovely, tactile feel.

Elmore has english glass eyes in dark topaz, and his muzzle and claws are stitched with black perle cotton.

This little bear weighs 280g and is 23cms in height.

Please note that my bears are collectible items, and a such not intended for children under the age of 14.

Elmore will arrive with a provenance tag to identify him as made by Jenny Gale of Winter's Den.

This bear will be dispatched within 3 days. Please note that if you are located outside the UK, your country may charge an import tax so please be prepared to pay should this happen (note below r.e. USA). I am sorry that I can no longer sell to the EU due to the difficulty for small businesses to comply with the GSPR regulations. Shipping to the USA now includes duties paid at checkout, covered within the postage cost.
