Florian: a handmade viscose teddy bear

Florian is a sweet little viscose teddy bear, handmade with traditional five-way cotter pin joints. He has long expressive arms, just ready for a cuddle. Florian has dried english lavender in his tummy, mixed in with his stuffing - not overpowering, but just right for a gentle and calming lavender scent.

Florian is sewn in warm butterscotch shade or short pile viscose. His arms and legs are partially filled with polybeads for a tactle 'beanie' crunch, but his paws are soft to touch, filled with wool. Florian's body is similarly filled with a mix of beads, lavender and soft wool. His body is lightly stuffed, to enable that endearing teddy bear slump and slightly wobbly head.

The head is firmly filled with wood wool, wood shaving and wool. This teddy bear has black english glass eyes, and his claws and muzzle are stitched in black, waxed perle cotton.

Florian is a soulful little character measuring 25cms in height, and weighing 260g.

Florian will arrive with a provenance tag to identify him as made by Jenny Gale of Winter's Den.
