Phinneas: a handmade mohair teddy bear
£185.00
Phinneas is a big softie! Though he is filled traditionally with woodwool for a vintage crunch to his head and limbs, his tummy is softly stuffed with wool. But the real softness is his wonderfully soft mohair which is dense and slightly curled.
Though it is difficult to represent in photographs, his english glass eyes are a lovely golden-olive shade, which really gives him an expressive face.
He has faux suede paw pads, a waxed nose, and is gently weighted with steel granules for a perfect sitting posture.
This bear weighs 495g and is 33cms tall.
Please note that my bears are collectible items, and a such not intended for children under the age of 14.
Phinneas will arrive with a provenance tag to identify him as made by Jenny Gale of Winter's Den.
